The author is an alumni on IHM Lucknow and Pusa with vast academic experience. The journey started with doing Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow 1994- 1195 and then IHM Pusa 1996-1997. After completing Gradution author worked in Mehmaan Restaurant as Assistant Restaurant Manager for more than 1 year, after that joined Food Craft Institute Ajmer as Assistant Lecturer and Lecturer from 1998 till 2018. He was also having additional charge as OSD/Member Secretary of State Institute of Hotel Management, Sawai Madhopur from March 2014 till March 2018. At present author is working as Principal of Food Craft Institute Khajuraho from April 2018 till date.
The author has trained, mentored and guided more than 2500 students in which many of them have achieved success in Hotel Industry and are working as Top hospitality professionals and are settled in India as well as abroad. The authors core area of teaching is Food Production and Bakery. The author is well known in Hotel Industry as an industry expert in his subject.
